Lie long with the arms overhead and legs straight before bracing the midline.

Lift the legs and torso together so the body folds from the hips instead of jerking through the neck.

Reach the hands toward the feet at the top while keeping the movement crisp and controlled.

Pause briefly in the balanced V position if you can without collapsing the chest.

5

Lower back to the floor under control and reset before the next repetition.
