Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.

Brace your core and keep the chest lifted as you send the hips back.

Bend the knees and lower until the thighs are near parallel if comfortable.

Keep the knees tracking over the toes with the whole foot planted.

Drive through the heels to stand tall and fully extend the hips.
