Start seated on the bench with feet flat on the floor about hip-width apart.

Lean the torso slightly forward while keeping the chest proud.
3
Drive through the heels and stand up tall without using the hands.
4
Squeeze the glutes at the top and fully extend the hips.
5
Lower back down under control instead of dropping onto the seat.
