Stand a couple of feet in front of a bench and place the top of the back foot behind you.

Keep most of your weight in the front leg and the torso tall.

3

Lower by bending the front knee and hip while the back knee drops down.

4

Stop when the front thigh is about parallel or your depth stays strong and pain-free.

5

Drive through the front heel to return to the starting position with control.
