Set up in a long staggered stance with the front foot fully planted.

Keep the torso tall and drop the back knee straight down toward the floor.

Let the front knee bend while staying lined up with the toes.

Pause briefly near the bottom with control instead of bouncing.

Drive through the front heel to rise back to the start.
