Stand facing the wall with hands just below shoulder height.

Walk the feet back until your body forms a straight line.

Lower your chest toward the wall with elbows angled about 45 degrees.

Keep the ribs tucked and glutes lightly squeezed.

Press through the palms to return to the start without sagging.
