Place both hands on a stable elevated surface.

Step the feet back and lock in a straight plank from head to heels.

Lower the chest toward the edge while keeping the elbows slightly tucked.

Pause briefly when the chest is close to the surface.
5
Drive through the hands to press back up as one unit.

Switch to wall push-up and keep the same timer.
