Start in a plank from the knees with hands under the shoulders.

Keep the hips extended so the body stays in one straight line.

Lower the chest toward the floor with elbows 30 to 45 degrees from the torso.

Touch lightly or stop just above the floor with control.

Press back up without letting the hips drop first.
Need an easier version?
Switch to incline push-up and keep the same timer.
