Set your back flat against the wall and walk the feet slightly forward.

Slide down until the knees are bent around 90 degrees if comfortable.

Keep the knees stacked over the ankles and the core lightly braced.

Press the lower back into the wall and keep the chest relaxed.

Hold the position while breathing steadily through the burn.
