Coaching Cues

Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat, and arms resting by your sides.

Set the ribs down, brace the core, and keep the heels planted about hip-width apart.

Drive through the heels and squeeze the glutes to lift the hips until the body forms a straight line.

Pause briefly at the top without flaring the ribs or arching the lower back.

Lower down with control and repeat while keeping tension through the glutes.
