Lie on your back with one foot planted and the other leg extended straight out.

Brace the core and press firmly through the planted heel before lifting.

Drive the hips up until the shoulders, hips, and knee form one long line.

Keep the pelvis level and squeeze the working glute hard at the top.

5

Lower with control without twisting, then complete all reps before switching sides.
