Set the upper back on a bench or sturdy chair with the feet planted about shoulder-width apart.

Tuck the ribs slightly and brace the core before each rep.

Drive through the heels and squeeze the glutes to lift the hips until the thighs and torso line up.

Keep the chin slightly tucked and avoid overextending through the lower back at the top.

Lower under control to the start position and repeat without losing tension.

Switch to glute bridge and keep the same timer.
